CU-Data is now running on Cognos 12.1.1, and the upgrade is live as of this morning. A big thank you to Lisa Damboise and her UIS/IRM team for their efforts in ensuring a smooth upgrade. 

This upgrade improves the overall performance and the look of CU-Data, making it easier to navigate and use day-to-day.

What's Staying the Same

• Your reports, report views, and schedules are all intact
• CU-Data access works the same way — same login, same data
• The reports themselves haven't changed

Your Action Items  A few things to do today to make sure everything runs smoothly:

• Don't see the new interface? Clear your cache, close your browser, and relaunch CU-Data.
• Check your 'My Content' folder to confirm your report views and schedules are there. If anything is missing, contact us right away.
• Have scheduled reports? Renew your credentials to prevent any interruption: go to the Personal menu (top right) > Profile and Settings > Profile > Advanced Options, then click Renew next to Credentials.
