m-Fin PROGRAM PRINCIPAL and PROGRAM FISCAL MANAGER to be corrected.

In report headers that display PROGRAM PRINCIPAL and PROGRAM FISCAL MANAGER, sometimes m-Fin has been displaying an employee that no longer holds the position, or incorrectly displaying the position as empty (vacant).  We expect that the fix for this will be in production later this week.  I will not post anything further about this unless additional news is warranted.
