m-Fin project prompts are changing to accept CU's new project id's that have a letter in the third position.  Until now project id's have been comprised entirely of digits.

All of the Cognos QA m-Fin reports that prompt for project id have been updated with this change.  I expect these reports will migrate to production later this week.
