Changes to systemwide administrative policy statements approved

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has announced approved actions to administrative policy statements from the Academic Affairs and Budget and Finance functional areas which took effect on May 18, 2026:

Academic Affairs (Revision)

     - APS 1014: Intellectual Property That is Educational Material: Administrative and Instructional Use (Previously Intellectual Property That is Educational Materials)

Budget and Finance (New)

     - APS 4061: Revenue Contracts
