Six CU researchers named Boettcher Investigators for 2018
Awards boost early career scientists working to improve human health

Six University of Colorado researchers working at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus and CU Boulder have been named Boettcher Investigators in the Boettcher Webb-Waring Biomedical Research Awards Program for 2018.

  • Matthew Taliaferro, Ph.D., University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
  • Eszter K. Vladar, Ph.D., University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus

The Boettcher Foundation Board of Trustees formally announced its annual class of Boettcher Investigators on June 7, 2018, each of whom will receive a $235,000 grant toward up to three years of biomedical research activity.

With the addition of the ninth class, there are now thirty-nine Boettcher Investigators at CU totaling over $9.0 million in biomedical research support. See all CU Boettcher Investigators.
