We've refurbished m-Fin EXPENDITURE TYPE, updating the prompting and adding descriptions to some of the codes in the output.  This report gives an account tree level05 summary for each program/project and is good for moderate sized org | orgnodes.  It also can run for a program, a project, or a subclass.  It does not run by speedtype.  It is ready for testing in Cognos QA.  [12-feb-2015 migrated to production]
