We are fixing m-Fin SPEEDTYPE LIST's page-by feature.  When the page by prompt is used the report will start a new page for each different value.  For example, if you are running for an orgnode and set page by to org, each org under the orgnode starts on a new page.  This report is in the look ups subfolder.  It just produces master lists of speedtypes.  It does not report dollars.
