m-Fin accepts old non-standard project id's

m-Fin now accepts project id's that were set up before CU's current specification for id's.

When you type a project id into a text box prompt m-Fin checks that what you've typed conforms to CU's specification for project id's:  seven characters all digits except possibly a capital letter in the third position.  There are a few project id's in use, however, that do not conform to this specification because they pre-date it.  m-Fin now specifically accepts them.  Previously if you wanted to run for one of these project id's you had to determine its speedtype and run for that instead.
