The DPR-ERR-2107 Cognos error happens when you try to launch multiple instances of CU-Data in the same web browser. For example, you might receive this error if you have CU-Data production open in Chrome and try to launch CU-Data QA in another Chrome tab. To resolve the issue, you either want to:

• close CU-Data production before launching CU-Data QA, or

• if you need to have both CU-Data environments open, open each environment in a different browser (i.e., open production in Firefox and QA in Chrome).
