Personal Technology Regent Responsibility (PTR)

Purpose:
Used by Regents of the University of Colorado to accept individual responsibilities associated with using university-provided personal technology and telecommunications equipment and services.
This form must be completed by the Regent prior to obtaining the approved equipment/service.
      Note: Other individuals use the online Personal Technology Responsibility (PT) form instead of this form.

Under Regent Policy, all employees are entrusted with the responsibility of preserving university resources and using those resources in a prudent manner and for their designated purposes, as prescribed by policies, laws, regulations and rules, and contracts, grants and donor restrictions [Regent Policy 13-R.III].  To fulfill the intent of the above Regent Policy, it is appropriate for Regents to conform to the following guidelines and requirements  when an individual Regent receives personal custody of the university’s personal telecommunications and technology.
