New Amazon Business Training Opportunities
The Procurement Service Center is excited to announce that Amazon Business will offer training sessions for each CU campus. These sessions are designed to help users get the most out of their Amazon Business account and address common questions, including:
- How to manage returns effectively
- When and how to contact Amazon Customer Service
- Tips for pulling order reports
- Best practices for searching and finding items on Amazon
In addition to the campus-wide sessions, department-specific trainings can also be arranged. If your department would benefit from a tailored session, CU’s Senior Account Executive, Beth Menezes, can work with you to schedule a dedicated training.
Training dates for each campus (please select your campus to register):
CU Boulder: Mar 2nd; 9:30 - 10:30am
CU Denver: Mar 2nd; 1:00 - 2:00pm
CU Anschutz: Mar 9th; 9:30 - 10:30am
UCCS: Mar 9th; 1:00 - 2:00pm
These sessions are a great opportunity to learn tips and tricks, ask questions, and ensure you are getting the most value from CU’s Amazon Business account.
