Senior Business Systems Analyst

Jackson joined UIS in spring 2024 before transitioning into his new role as senior business systems analyst on the Grants team. Before coming to CU, Jackson worked as an assistant director in the University of North Texas student accounting office for three years and as an IT business analyst at Regis University.

He joins UIS from his home in Moore, Okla., and spends his free time playing soccer, fishing with friends or wondering why his cat, Milo, is always so angry.

Jean Navarro

Principal Data Warehouse Engineer

Jean brings more than 20 years of experience in data warehousing to her new role as principal data warehouse engineer on the Data and BI team, including at CU since January 2024. In her new role, she supports production systems, enhances the performance of critical data processes and leads modernization efforts such as the migration of legacy SAS code to DataStage.

Outside of work, Jean enjoys watching Korean romantic comedies and spends her time crocheting handmade items like beanies, blankets and sweaters.

Jenn Millikan

Principal Customer Success Manager

Jenn joined CU in 2019, most recently serving as a senior customer success manager. She brings more than 15 years of experience in education to her new role as principal customer success manager. A certified Business Relationship Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, she began her career as an elementary school teacher before transitioning to higher education, where she has held roles in student success, project management and relationship management.

In her new role, Jenn builds strategic partnerships across the university to drive organizational outcomes, foster collaboration between campus partners and UIS teams, and champion change and innovation.

Beyond work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her German Shepherds, writing and reading fantasy, traveling, dancing, practicing yoga, paddleboarding and hiking.

Joanna McCord

Senior Solutions Manager

Joanna started working with UIS in June 2022, serving as a business systems analyst, supporting the admissions and campus community modules on the CU-SIS team. She is excited to continue this work in her new role as senior solutions manager, where she will focus on enhancing the campus community module and ensuring its continued success across the university system.

Before joining CU, Joanna worked in higher education at both public and private institutions, most recently serving as an assistant registrar for a mid-sized campus in a large Midwest university system.

In her free time, Joanna enjoys camping, hiking and skiing with her family.

Sasi Sunkari

Assistant Director, Quality Assurance

Sasi joined UIS in 2012 as a senior quality assurance (QA) engineer, later advancing to lead QA engineer in 2018 and QA manager in 2021. Over the years, she has strengthened the QA team by developing efficient processes, implementing cross-training strategies and providing hands-on training to ensure QA engineers are skilled in web performance monitoring, application lifecycle management, performance testing, automated functional and maintenance window testing.

She has also launched overnight functional testing with automated result delivery, built tools that empower application owners to automate their own tests and enhanced the QA test coordinator role by creating stronger processes to support large projects.

Beyond work, Sasi enjoys playing cards and board games, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Sridevi Bankupalli

Director of Enterprise Development

Sridevi joined UIS in July 2019, managing upgrades for enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft and InfoEd. She has also contributed to strategic planning and established standards for application maintenance, deployment and accessibility across UIS.

Before joining CU, Sridevi served as a senior IT manager at General Aniline & Film in New Jersey, where she oversaw enterprise resource planning, with cloud-based and custom-built solutions. Her extensive background spans both technical and project management areas of IT.

Outside of work, Sridevi enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to experience new cultures, cuisines and people.

Armani Vang

Service Desk Professional

Armani has been with UIS as a student assistant with the Service Desk since September 2022. In her new full-time role, she supports purchasing, project coordination and equipment disposal — ensuring that technology runs smoothly across the university. She’s excited to continue growing her IT career and is looking forward to seeing where this next step will take her.

Outside of work, Armani enjoys a good book and rewatching Friends or The Office.

Jeff Foster

Web Design and Administration Manager

Jeff has been with the University of Colorado since 2008 and has 17 years of experience in higher education, with a focus on marketing, digital communications and web management.

In his new role as web design and administration manager, Jeff provides leadership, vision, administration and support services for CU’s web content management system and the CU.edu website. He also leads a team responsible for multi-channel marketing and creative services for online programs.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys reading and adventuring outdoors with his wife, their two young kids and their golden retriever.
