William Shelby Promotion to Systems Administrator Promotion 4/1/18

William Shelby has been promoted from Enterprise Systems Technician to Systems Administrator on the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Infrastructure team. In his new role, William will focus on the administration and support of infrastructure hardware, software and associated services.  He will help manage server operating systems, including directory services and storage maintenance, supporting messaging services and managing voice services.

Laura Abeyta Sr. HCM Core Business Systems Analyst New 4/2/18

Laura has joined UIS as a Sr. HCM Core Business Systems Analyst. In her role, Laura will assist developers and the HCM Core Application Manager with analysis, configuration, testing, implementation and troubleshooting of application issues within HCM, primarily but not limited to, the HCM Core modules. She is also responsible for assisting with functional design specifications and test plans. 

Manali Agrawal Change & Release Coordinator Intern New 5/9/18

Manali has joined UIS as a Change & Release Coordinator Intern. In this role, Manali will be involved in managing Requests for Change (RFCs) from receipt to closure, ensuring target dates are met and change records are escalated appropriately. She will be responsible for working with various stakeholders including originators, sponsors or technical leads to obtain missing information or to confirm change records.

Anuroop Ranghat Sr. PeopleSoft Administrator New 5/14/18

Anuroop has joined UIS as a Sr. PeopleSoft Administrator. In his role, Anuroop will support current PeopleSoft applications. He will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining PeopleSoft environments, supporting system rollouts, responding to and troubleshooting escalated operational issues, while managing internal and external customer relationships.

Harrison Le Student Service Desk Technician New 5/16/2018

Harrison has joined UIS as a Student Service Desk Technician. In his role, Harrison will provide desktop support to System Administration staff to include endpoint support, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and meeting setup. Harrison will also work to provide Tier 1 phone and email support of UIS enterprise services.
