Service Desk Professional

Jerron has worked in IT for nearly a decade, with most of his experience supporting educational institutions and the people who keep them running. 

He recently joined the UIS Service Desk, where he primarily manages onboarding and offboarding processes, while also supporting our daily ticket and call queues and providing walk-up assistance at the Service Desk.

Outside of work, Jerron is a big sports fan and enjoys following soccer, football and basketball whenever he gets the chance. He’s excited to be here and is looking forward to working with all of you!

Senior Enterprise Applications Developer

Priya has eight years of experience as a PeopleSoft Application Developer, specializing in enterprise application development, system integrations, process automation and delivering scalable solutions that support complex business environments.

As a Senior Enterprise Applications Developer, Priya designs, develops and supports PeopleSoft applications and integrations, partnering with stakeholders to enhance business processes, improve system efficiency and deliver reliable technology solutions across the university.

Outside of work, Priya enjoys playing badminton, hiking and acrylic painting. She loves spending time with her family and has a 14-month-old. Chasing her around becoming one of her favorite adventures.

Assistant Director, HCM Systems

Since joining the CU family in November 2012, Angelica’s career has come full circle. She progressed from managing applicant tracking and payroll operations in Employee Services to serving as the UIS Payroll Application Manager in 2017, dedicating her efforts to elevating and supporting the University’s critical systems.

In her new role, she is excited to lead HR IT Services by providing strategic direction for the PeopleSoft HCM platform. By partnering with stakeholders across the university, mentoring the teams and driving key initiatives, she looks forward to ensuring the HR systems deliver operational excellence and seamlessly adapt to evolving business and regulatory needs.

As a Colorado native, her heart belongs to the great outdoors. Angelica loves camping and hiking alongside her husband and their three Shiba Inu dogs. When she isn’t out exploring the trails, you can usually find her cheering on her favorite home teams, the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Avalanche.

Sharon Schryver

Solutions Team Manager

Sharon has been on the HRIT Services team in UIS since 2018 serving as the HRGL Solutions Manager. In her new role as Solutions Team Manager, she will be supporting the HCM payroll module. 

Sharon lives in Erie with her husband, Jonathan, and dog, Riversong, and enjoys traveling.
