UIS hosts a monthly meeting for all key data and business intelligence (Data and BI) stakeholders to receive updates and information about:

UIS Data & BI Products (CIW, CU-Data Reporting and Tableau Server)

Projects
Prioritization
Completed enhancements
User demonstrations
The meeting also provides an opportunity for the cross-campus group to collaborate and share their concerns, ideas and understanding.

Cognos/Tableau Monthly Training

The Data and BI team offers a training session on the last Thursday of the month.

During our March session, we will cover important updates and procedures related to managing user credentials for report scheduling. All Cognos report schedulers are strongly encouraged to attend to help maintain CU-Data performance by avoiding failed schedules due to authentication errors.

CU's Tableau User Group

The Tableau User Group (TUG) is a collaborative group meeting at the beginning of each semester (May, September and January) on the last Tuesday of the month.

The purpose of TUG is to share knowledge, tips and tricks, and connect Tableau users.
