• Salesforce Configuration: Project Hold for this week.
• Continued work on Community build.
• ExactTarget build started. Key features begun are fields on contact to support customizing of communications with constituents
• Met with Salesforce to discuss Advancement Connect
• Scheduled demos for other event management vendors (meetings scheduled for 3/18).

Activities Planned for Next Week:

• ExactTarget to deliver blueprint for their configuration work (Tuesday 3/17)
• Salesforce build and configuration: Custom objects and fields
• Build data mapping document (mapping from sources systems, MDM to Salesforce)
• Begin to build configuration workbook
• Update design documents based on key decisions made this week around Advancement Connect
• Deliver updated project plan
