What is a Salesforce Dashboard?
Salesforce Dashboards are fully customizable, real-time visual representations of key program metrics. Simply put, Dashboards help answer questions related to eComm, such as:
- Which of my emails generated the most engagement?
- What's my average email open rate?
- Over time, how many people register for my events?
- On average, what is the no-show rate for my events?
