From Nov. 11 - 13, CU's research administration system, InfoEd, will be unavailable for its annual upgrade.

User experience will remain the same after maintenance is complete.

This release will improve the daily stability of the application, address bug fixes and enhance existing configuration tools. Annual upgrades like this one ensure applications are at their peak performance and reduce the number of support tickets. While you may not notice a difference in your daily work, InfoEd is better able to handle all your research and compliance requests.

There will be no changes to the overall experience for InfoEd.

Prepare for the outage

Ensure all research and compliance activities are completed by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11.

InfoEd will be available after 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13.

What is InfoEd?

InfoEd is CU’s Electronic Research Administration (eRA) system, which automates the processes the university uses to apply for research grants and other funding. It manages the pre- and post-award administrative and regulatory aspects of grants, contracts, protocols and conflicts of interest.
