The UIS Service Desk is excited to welcome people back to the System Administration Office and help as needed. One of the first things you'll need to do at a hoteling desk is plug your laptop into the docking station correctly.
When your laptop is correctly plugged in and powered on, the external monitors should show an image and charge the laptop.
The new docking stations have a detachable USB-C cable that will connect to your laptop. There are two USB-C ports on the back of the docking station.
If the USB-C cable comes unplugged, please reattach it using the bottom USB-C port and verify that the power supply is plugged in.

If you need additional help setting up your device or hoteling space, contact the UIS Service Desk at help@cu.edu or at 303-860-4357.
