The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) announces a change to APS1039-Degree Revocation.

Revisions to APS1039-Degree Revocation will allow campuses to make corrections to address administrative errors without going through the entire degree revocation process.  Suggested changes were vetted with appropriate academic and administrative groups including campus registrars, provosts and University Counsel.

The revisions to the policy were reviewed by the campus Chancellors and approved by President Bruce Benson and are effective as of March 27, 2019.
