IOS Salesforce and Pardot

  • IOS Help Resources: We've launched an IOS wiki where we will be publishing help resources. The wiki is a working document and will evolve over time based on your questions and requests. Current resources available in the wiki include the following:
  • Collegis Discrepancies: The team is continuing to investigate Collegis discrepancies.
  • Lost Leads / Missed Appointments: As discussed at the February governance meeting, IOS is configured to track lost leads, but the responsibility of assigning that designation falls to campus enrollment navigators (excluding CU Denver).
    • You can review instructions for tracking lost leads (defined here as leads who missed appointments) in our Recording a Missed Appointment wiki.
    • Once you've begun recording your lost leads, you can view a consolidated report of them in IOS. To learn more, visit our Viewing All Missed Appointments wiki.
  • Mogli Error: The Mogli SMS application has been updated and the error is resolved.
  • Ongoing Integration Troubleshooting: Integration fixes went to production last week, but produced some duplicate contacts and applications. Team is reviewing and hopes to have fix for duplicates in place this week.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: The team has completed work on pipeline and marketing dashboards, and we are continuing to make incremental improvements that will allow campuses to further analyze pipeline data at the school/college and program levels. Due to this ongoing work and associated data implications for the live dashboard, campuses can access their pipeline data in PDF format data. Please contact Jen Mortensen to access your pipeline data files.

CU Online Brand Marketing

  • Brand Ambassadors: Nearly 40 students have volunteered to serve as brand ambassadors for CU Online, and seven of those have taken next steps to get started. Our marketing team will formally launch the program on social media by April 1.
  • Drupal Migration: The team is continuing to plan for an upgrade to Drupal 10.
  • Marketing Dashboards: In tandem with the pipeline dashboards above, we've also created marketing dashboards to provide further data regarding recruitment efforts. As with the pipeline dashboards, we are working to modify the marketing dashboards to provide more granular data by school/college and program. Since that work is underway, we providing campus-based PDFs below. We'll provide a link to the live dashboards as soon as work is complete. Please contact Jen Mortensen to access your marketing data files.
  • Pardot Help Resources: The IOS wiki also contains help and support resources for Pardot users. Again, this is a work in progress, but current resources are as follows:
  • RFI Forms: The WebApps team is testing alternative RFI form formats, such as multi-step, and page placement. The team will monitor the results and see if the changes drive more leads into the funnel.
  • SEO Reporting: We're excited to roll out monthly CU Online SEO data in Google Looker. Please share your feedback with us as you review these resources so that we can continue to refine the data based on your needs.
    • Note: Prior to reviewing these resources, we recommend that you visit our Understanding SEO wiki to understand the nature of the data. Additionally, the January and February data is somewhat abnormal due to the non-English speaking leads issue at UCCS, so it's best to view this data over an extended period of time as opposed to at a glance. Contact Jen Mortensen to view your SEO data.
  • Web Presence: The marketing team has begun to gather data regarding website performance, including but not limited to the items below. We'll have more information to share soon.
    • Page abandonment rates
    • Potential RFI modifications based on evolving industry standards and associated performance data
    • Website highest traffic pages
    • Website traffic and conversions
    • Website traffic by program category
