Faculty Voices Year‑End Highlights and Spring Content Updates

Dear Colleagues,

As we wrap up the Fall 2025 semester, we’re spotlighting the Faculty Voices archive:  letter‑to‑the‑editor style columns from colleagues across CU on shared governance, academic freedom, teaching, student support, campus climate, and more.

Explore the insightful posts from the past. Have something to say? Contact the Committee Chairs to suggest features for Faculty Voices! We’d love to hear your voice about topics, concerns, and points of interest across the system.

Starting this spring, the Faculty Council Communication Committee (FC3) will streamline how we share updates to reduce email volume. We are moving to a blog-focused style instead of email newsletters.

Posts will be published to https://www.cu.edu/blog/faculty-council-newsletter with a goal of 1-2 per month. We won’t be sending an email update every time; however, you can subscribe to the blog to receive an alert when new content is posted.

The blog will feature a Note from the Chair, Faculty Voices highlights, system and campus updates, faculty‐sourced Q&A, and occasional special‑topic posts.

Wishing you rest and renewal to end the year.

With appreciation,
Faculty Council Communication Committee (FC3)
