Resetting your CIW password
Purpose
- How to reset your password to the Central Information Warehouse (CIW)

Follow these steps below.
- Log in to the CU Identity Manager.
- Select your campus and log in with your campus credentials.
- Click the My Access tile on the home page.
4. Select the Accounts tab, if not already selected.
5. Once on the Accounts tab, select the link for CIWPRD (it should light up blue).
6. Click the Actions dropdown menu at the top of the table. Select Reset Password and follow the prompts.
