Holiday Closure
CU System Administration, the OUC, and FSS Help will be closed on Monday, May 26, in honor of Memorial Day. We will reopen Tuesday, May 27, for normal business hours.
As you know, the CU-Data reporting system upgraded to Cognos 12.0.3 during the evening of August 15, 2024. The upgrade introduced improvements to the user interface and navigation in the CU-Data home environment. (Your m-Fin reports continue to function as before.)
If you're experiencing any issues in the upgraded reporting system, please clear your browser cache. For most Windows browsers, this is how you'll proceed:
- Ctrl + Shift + Del
- Ensure options to clear the cache and cookies are selected and set the time range to “All-Time” or “Everything”
- After clearing the cache and cookies, close/quit and restart the browser
