Holiday Closure
Our offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the July 4th holiday and will reopen Monday, July 6th.

Purpose:
Provides a list of the accounts departmental administrators are required to use at minimum to classify assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, and cash transfers. This does not include all accounts. For a complete list, see the Chart of Accounts.
Review/revision schedule: As of FY 2023, the Account Quick Reference Guide is available online and is updated every five years.
