Closing out projects will be getting easier! A new m-Fin Project Closeout Summary report is now available in CU-Data QA to help you quickly assess projects and identify potential closeout issues.

The report provides an at-a-glance view of projects ready for closeout, why a project may not be ready, and overall project closeout health as end dates approach.

Potential closeout issues are highlighted in red, making it easier to focus on items that require your attention, such as revenue vs. actuals, outstanding encumbrances, outstanding ePERS, open accounts receivable (AR), unbilled transactions (BIL), and other billing or financial activity.
