We're excited to be nearing the launch date for the enhanced OUC Forms section of our website. 

As discussed earlier this month, the new webpages are based on campus input last fall and involve several key redesign features for better user experience, including:

  • On the General OUC Forms webpage - A consolidated listing of both the finance forms that have traditionally been listed on the current OUC Forms page ... and additional finance forms found in finance and accounting handbook procedures. Along with a number of key forms that have previously only appeared on the Procurement Service Center website, but that are guided by Finance procedures as opposed to PSC procedures (e.g., Official Function, Recognition Reporting, Gift Card Authorization Request). Also: form descriptions, a search function, and clear directions on how/where to get help.
  • On the Individual OUC Forms webpages - Streamlined webpages offering reduced scrolling, form FAQs, and feedback/help options.

We'll also be using the new form webpages as change management mechanisms, to share updates and progress status as we review the various forms and rebuild them to facilitate data entry/validation and approval routing.
