February brings the annual PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) update for the Finance System. With this year's PUM -- scheduled for February 18, 2024 -- you will see enhancements to the User Interface (UI) on FIN search and add pages. You won’t see any changes to the inquiry or transactional pages themselves.

Among the improvements:

  • Recent Pages and Favorites are now on the top bar of all pages instead of just on the left side of home pages. (They are also still on the NavBar.)
  • On search pages, Add a New Value and Find an Existing Value are no longer tabs near each other. Now they appear on opposite sides of the page.
  • Grid lists showing search results no longer have individual links for each field in the columns. Now you can click anywhere on the line (including in the spaces between the fields) to select a specific row to display.
