We're excited to announce that the 2026 CU Innovation & Efficiency Awards Program is now open and accepting submissions!
Here is your chance to tell us how you’ve made CU work better -- by re-engineering operations, re-thinking communications, enhancing customer service, or otherwise making a difference in how we do business. We are especially interested in hearing from employees who have gone outside the scope of their usual duties and responsibilities to develop solutions and solve problems for their teams, programs, or units.
