The purpose of the Managing Remote Work: Lessons Learned and Future Challenges course is to provide participants with best practices for managing projects and teams in remote work environments, and to prompt evaluation and planning for the different work scenarios of the future.

- Implement tools, systems, and behaviors to promote team connectedness and productivity;
- Identify current top challenges with remote work;
- Identify realizations about collaboration and culture, efficiency, leveraging technical tools, and maintaining personal health during remote situations; and,
- Identify strategies to address challenges and policy-making related to future remote work challenges,
