Course Objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Implement tools, systems, and behaviors to promote team connectedness and productivity;
- Identify current top challenges with remote work;
- Identify realizations about collaboration and culture, efficiency, leveraging technical tools, and maintaining personal health during remote situations; and,
- Identify strategies to address challenges and policy-making related to future remote work challenges,
