Encumbrance Drills

Miss how the old cms “Denver” summary reports drilled to show the composition of the outstanding encumbrances? Three m-Fin reports in Cognos QA now have a similar drill, using the m-Fin OUTSTANDING ENCUMBRANCES. Give them a test run.

  1. m-Fin OPERATING SUMMARY

  2. m-Fin REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE SUMMARY

  3. m-Fin TRIAL BALANCE SUMMARY

While we were working on these reports we also

  • flip-flopped the CURRENT and FISCAL YEAR AND ACCOUNTING PERIOD prompts, and

  • added FNA type to the header

as described in post Improvements to m-Fin OPERATING SUMMARY.
