Two Simple Fixes

These two changes will migrate to production this weekend, assuming no problems are found in testing. As always, you are invited to test these in Cognos QA.

m-Fin FINANCIAL DETAIL. The speedtype *code* column in the dataset output formats (MSExcel 2007 Data, and CSV) had both the speedtype code and the description. Now it has been corrected to be just the speedtype code.
m-Fin ACCOUNTING SUMMARY BY SPEEDTYPE. The account codes on the second page of the report were in random order. Now they are sorted.
