Bill Chase is Project Manager at the University of Massachusetts President’s Office.
An active member of the PeopleSoft Higher Education User Group (HEUG) -- an international association -- Bill has worked with the University of Colorado Office of University Controller to develop webinars on enhancing professional skills for delivery to HEUG member institutions.
He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and has more than 17 years of experience working with projects in a variety of roles. Among those roles are: Technical Support Engineer, Helpdesk Supervisor, Platform Support Manager, and Project Manager.
His background includes a range of project topics and process/focus, including: data center, network, servers, information security, applications, cloud, team building, process development, and business continuity.
