The purpose of the Presenter Certification Program: Elements of Engagement course is to provide participants with the knowledge of how, when, and why to build interactivity into their meetings, training sessions, and other events.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- define an element of engagement, and idenitfy why it's part of brain-friendly learning (whether in training, meetings, or other work activities);
- identify when to use elements of engagement, depending on the type, length, and other characteristics of the event; and.
- create a set of resources -- elements of engagement participants feel comfortable using -- and know how to apply them under varying circumstances.
