m-Fin Production Migration

This weekend the new versions of m-Fin COMPENSATION SUMMARY and m-Fin PAYROLL TRANSACTIONS migrate to production.  This is an improvement to more clearly show how transactions with pay period end dates that fall outside of the booking month are handled (see When PET’s Go Retro).
