Fixes For CONT/TEMP Budget And Single Speedtype Mode

In m-Fin BUDGET TO ACTUALS, the EXTRAS option for CONT and TEMP budget columns was not working. This is fixed and is now in production.
In m-Fin TRIAL BALANCE SUMMARY, the single speedtype mode was not working with the Finish button (it worked only with the enter key). This is fixed and is now in production.
