As an Officer of System Administration, you are asked to submit an annual disclosure of outside financial interests and activities to be reviewed for possible conflicts of interest.
The annual disclosure is required by Regent Policy 8.B.1 Conflict of Interest and Administrative Policy Statements Disclosure of Interests and Conflicts of Interest and Commitment in Research and Teaching. These policies require Officers of the University and Officers of the Administration (and other employees as designated by Officers or as appropriate) to submit an annual disclosure of outside financial interests and activities.
This disclosure covers the following types of information:
- Outside service, employment, and financial interests
- Immediate family members' professional services
- Other interests/conflicts of interest
The next disclosure will cover the fiscal year of July 2025-June 2026 and will launch in August 2026.
