Financial Services & Solutions (FSS) - Finance Policy & Process Specialist

Tori provides guidance on financial policies, procedures, forms, and systems. She develops instructional materials and trainings and supports the OUC’s Continuing Professional Education (CPE for CPAs) program.

  • Joined CU System Advancement (Business & Financial Operations) January 2022 and progressed to the Controller’s Office September 2025.
  • Hold a BS in Finance. Formerly licensed CFP® and Securities Principal.
  • Past work in Finance, Compliance and Business Operations in the Securities Industry, Early Childhood Education and Higher Ed.
  • Enjoy time in nature, meditation, and spending time with my daughters.
