Elizabeth Spencer is an Accounting Manager in the Campus Controller’s Office at the University of Colorado Boulder. Liz has a Bachelor’s of Accounting from Regis University and a Bachelor’s in History from CU Boulder.

Her prior professional experience includes working in the banking and restaurant industries and in state government.
