The purpose of the Moving into Change: Understanding, Accepting, and Leading Transformations course is to provide participants with a toolkit of change facilitation theories, change anticipation/acceptance activities, change communication tools, and transformational leadership skills.
Nothing stays the same. But while dealing with perpetual change is a perpetual challenge, your positive change leadership can help create positive outcomes. This participatory session is divided into four segments: understanding change facilitation theories; coordinating change anticipation and acceptance activities; leveraging change communication and management tools; and, identifying transformational leadership skills.
