Lauren Harris is the Training and Development Specialist in the Office of Organizational and Employee Development, at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Lauren earned her Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from Minnesota State University-Moorhead, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Lauren's experience ranges from management in rental real estate, a service manager in ski resorts, and finally, a service culture trainer, in which she was responsible for the hiring, training, coaching, discipline, and development for an extensive staff.
