Q: What if I do want the SpeedType to be linked to a CU Foundation fund?

A: Do not fill out this form. Instead, reach out directly to your Campus Advancement Office and use Advancement's form.

Q: What if the SpeedType will be used to conduct a University-sponsored fundraising event?

A: In that case, complete the Fundraising Authorization (FA) form instead of the Gift Fund SpeedType form.
