Cynthia Husek is the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Research, University of Colorado Boulder. Cynthia has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University, and a Master’s of Public Administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. Cynthia is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.

Cynthia has over 27 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting,  with 5 years’ experience in public accounting at a “Big Four” firm. Cynthia has held roles such as a Financial and Budget Analyst, Internal Auditor, Manager of Budget and Finance, and Director of Budget and Finance. Cynthia has been with the University of Colorado since 1996.
