CU Shared Practices (CUSP), a recognition program designed to spur the creative processes of CU employees, just had its best year since inception. A total of fifteen ideas were submitted, and twelve of those were posted and advanced for prize consideration. Five cash prizes (worth an aggregate total of $6,000) were awarded, but more importantly, some great employee ideas were advanced, recognized and rewarded.
To see these submissions and all previous CUSP postings, simply click on the “Past Submissions” link above and search by category. The 2013 prizewinners are denoted with asterisks in the heading. Perhaps you’ll find an idea that might benefit you and your colleagues – if so, we encourage you to put that idea to work! After all, CUSP is all about sharing ideas to improve our work processes.
Perhaps you’ll be inspired to come up with an innovative process of your own. If so, the 2014 CUSP program is open and will run through April 30, 2014, so get those creative juices flowing and submit your ideas. Did we mention that there are cash prizes? Find out more about the cash prizes →
Updates will be made to the CUSP website in the coming months, so stay tuned. Thanks again to all who’ve helped to make CUSP a success. Remember – whether your idea was posted or not, we applaud your efforts in thinking of ways to improve your work processes and promote efficiency at CU!
