Director of Financial Services & Solutions (FSS)
Normandy is responsible for strategic planning and positioning for the Financial Services & Solutions (FSS) section of the OUC. That means I work with the campus finance offices, Employee Services, University Counsel, Procurement Service Center (PSC), Office of Policy and Efficiency, and other constituents, to develop policies and procedures related to finance, financial reporting, and related topics. I also write the Office of University Controller news blog.

- B.A. in History and M.A. in African Languages & Literature (Arabic), from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
- Past work in curricular systems development (UW-Madison), epidemiology (Wisconsin state government), marketing (private sector), and higher education information resources (Educause) ... also stints as a cab driver, EMT, and disc jockey
- Instructor in the CPE for CPAs Program

- Joined CU as a trainer with the PeopleSoft implementation
