CU students set up and manned a booth for Aerospace Day at the Capitol.

Representative Bob Rankin (R-Carbondale), Representative Alec Garnett (D-Denver), Doug Friednash, Chief of Staff to Gov. Hickenlooper, and Tanya Kelly-Bowry, CU Office of Government Relations Vice President served as panelists at a recent Buechner Breakfast First Friday sponsored by the CU Denver School of Public Affairs.

Audience members were treated to a special pre-screening of “The Answer to Cancer May Be Walking Right Beside Us,” a documentary produced by Colorado State University (CSU) and Rocky Mountain PBS.

The University of Colorado Cancer Center named its board room the “State Senator Pat Steadman Board Room” at a surprise ceremony.
