Review ways to efficiently manage post-registration emails along with surveys for a variety of needs. We'll look at how to effeciently use the Cvent Flex Email Designer and Survey Designer, to add another layer of contact with registrants and attendees. If you can't join, the recordings will be made available. 

Don't forget, there are two crucial deadlines to be mindful of with Cvent Classic sunsetting:

  • July 1, 2021: Create new events in Flex or Express only (cloning a Classic event or using a Classic template won't be an option).
    • Existing Classic events can be launched through December 31.
  • Dec. 31, 2021: Ensure that all active events created in Classic are complete.
