Project Flex is a complete re-envisioning of the way Cvent users build, design, manage, and experience event websites and registration processes.
Objectives of the Workshop
- Get familiar with Project Flex by learning how to create an event, build the registration process, and design your website within our upgraded website designer.
- Discuss what features and design elements have changed with Project Flex and how to configure them.
- Explore timelines and discuss what your organization’s migration plan might look like.
Additional Information
- Laptops are required to attend this event, if you cannot bring your own one will be provided to you.
- This workshop will be held in a sandbox environment, so please note you do not need to be a Project Flex early adopter to participate. Configurations will be made in a Cvent dummy account where you can test, change, and edit events without impacting your own Event Management platform. You will be actively building and configuring an event in a Cvent account, it is meant to show you the features of Project Flex.
