Description:

The DataStage upgrade will take place the evening of July 11 and into the morning of July 12 during the normal nightly ETL load.  DataStage is the tool that is used to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data nightly to the Central Information Warehouse (CIW) for reporting.  Please plan for the possibility that this upgrade may extend past the normal nightly load deadline of 7 a.m. on Friday, July 12.  If a delay does occur, we will send a follow-up communication with a new estimated time of arrival.

This upgrade does not include any modifications to the CU-DATA (Cognos) application. Cognos will function as it does during the normal nightly CIW loads. 

If you encounter any data discrepancies in CIW or Cognos after the cutover is complete on July 12, please contact irmhelp@cu.edu as soon as possible.
