The bipartisan hearing, titled ”Colorado’s Roadmap for Clean Energy Action: Lessons from State and Local Leaders,” featured two panels. The first panel involved Colorado Governor Jared Polis, and the second panel was comprised of local experts including CU Boulder’s Chief Sustainability Officer Heidi VanGenderen. Committee Chair Congresswoman Kathy Castor (D-FL) and Ranking Member Garrett Graves (R-LA) were joined by fellow committee members Joe Neguse (D-CO), Sean Casten (D-IL), and Colorado Representative Diana DeGette (D-CO), who also participated in the hearing.
